ASK WOLF LLC uses Pixieset to host and deliver event photographs and videos. This policy applies to people who visit our galleries and people who appear in the coverage.

Information we handle. Event coverage may include your image, voice, interview, name badge, or company affiliation. Depending on the collection settings and features you use, we may also receive your email address, favorite selections, download activity, and any messages you send us.

How we use it. We use this information to publish and deliver event coverage, manage gallery access, respond to requests, and troubleshoot delivery. Entering your email to access a collection or download a file does not subscribe you to ASK WOLF marketing emails.

Who can see it. Gallery visibility depends on the collection. A public collection can be viewed by anyone who finds it. A restricted collection can be viewed by people who have the required access. Where sharing or downloads are enabled, recipients may keep or share copies outside the gallery.

Gallery hosting. Pixieset processes information to operate the gallery and may use cookies and collect technical information such as IP addresses and browser details.

Privacy and removal requests. To ask about your information, request its deletion, or ask us to remove a photograph or video featuring you or your child, email team@askwolf.agency. Include the collection name and, if possible, the filename, link, or video timestamp so we can locate it. We’ll review your request and follow up. Removing a file from our gallery does not remove copies others have already downloaded or shared.
